Cookie Policy
The short version: this site sets almost nothing. There is no analytics tracking, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracker on any page. The only third-party cookies come from the booking calendar, and only on the pages where the calendar appears.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website places on your device. They are used to make a site work, to remember choices you have made, and sometimes to record what you looked at. Cookies set by the site you are visiting are first-party; cookies set by anything else loaded on the page, such as an embedded calendar or video, are third-party.
Local storage works similarly but stays in the browser and is never sent with a request. Where this policy says “cookie” it means both, because the distinction matters technically and not to your privacy.
2. What we actually set
Only what is needed to make the site function. Specifically, we do not use:
- Analytics of any kind. No Google Analytics, no alternative.
- Advertising or retargeting pixels. We do not run ads.
- Social media tracking widgets.
- Session recording, heatmaps or scroll tracking.
If that changes, this page changes with it and the categories in section 5 become live rather than reserved.
Separately from cookies: if you submit a form on this site, the information you type is sent to our own CRM so we can reply to you. That is covered by the privacy policy, not by this one.
3. Cookies on this site
Your host or CDN may also set a short-lived cookie for security and load balancing. Those are strictly necessary, carry no information about you, and cannot be switched off without breaking the site.
4. Third-party cookies
One third party runs on this site, and only on the pages where you are booking a call:
- Cal.com — the booking calendar embedded on /book. It sets its own cookies to hold your booking session and time zone. We do not control them; see Cal.com's own cookie policy for the detail.
Fonts are served from this site rather than from Google Fonts, specifically so that visiting a page does not hand a third party a request from your browser.
5. Your preferences
Strictly necessary and functional cookies cannot be turned off, because the site and the booking calendar will not work without them. The other two categories are listed so the control exists before it is needed. Nothing currently sets them, so leaving them off costs you nothing.
Cookie preferences
Choose which categories you are happy for us to use. Your choice is stored on this device and applies the next time you visit.
6. Browser controls
Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies from its settings, and most offer a per-site control. Blocking everything will stop the booking calendar from loading, in which case you can still book by emailing [email protected].
7. Changes to this policy
This page is updated whenever what the site loads changes, and the date at the top is the real date of the last change rather than the date of the last deploy. If a tracking cookie is ever added, it will be listed in section 3 before it is switched on.
8. Contact
Questions about cookies, or a request to have data removed: [email protected]. See also the privacy policy and the terms.
