System Teardowns
A real client acquisition system pulled apart: what it was built from, where it leaked, and what fixing it changed.
One Usable Tactic
Something you can apply the same day without hiring anyone. A rewrite, a sequence change, a message that works.
What's Shifting
How buyers are actually finding experts right now, including what AI search is doing to the referral game.

What Actually
Lands In Your Inbox.
The lead magnet was fine. The page asking for the email was the problem.
A consultant we onboarded last month had a genuinely good guide and an opt-in page converting at 4%. Everyone assumed the guide needed rewriting. It didn't.
The tactic: the page asked for name, email, company and company size before it gave anything away. We cut it to email only and moved the other three questions into the first follow-up email, where someone who already has the guide is far more willing to answer them.
What it moved: opt-ins roughly doubled inside two weeks, and the qualification data we lost at the form we got back in the sequence. The guide never changed.
Go and count the fields on your own opt-in page. If there are more than two, that is this week's job.
